Cooking food for myself - Day One

This is chicken (mesquite flavored), a vegetable medley (broccoli, carrots, red and yellow bell pepper) and wild rice. I have to say, it came out fucking delicious. I think I'm sold on this cooking for myself thing.

Also - finding a matching lid for my assorted tupperware was the most challenging aspect.

Cooking food for myself - Day Two

This is pita bread with sliced chicken, swiss cheese, ranch dressing, lettuce and tomato. Simple yet scrumptious. Also I have some Creme Savers yogurt which is awesome.

Verdict: making your own food is a tasty pain in the ass. It also helps fill up the day. I'm used to spending no more than 15 minutes getting and then consuming my food, which leaves me lots of spare time to work myself to death or worry about things. Once the minutia of life, like cooking and cleaning, become predominant, there's very little time left to give yourself an ulcer.

Also - last night I made pork chops with lemon pepper seasoning, which were pretty good. I forgot to take a picture.
