  I haven't made much progress at all. I created a database and an email monitor script that would parse a list of ingredients and add them to the database, but it isn't nearly as robust as it needs to be. Natural language processing is kind of a bitch. So, as of right now, I can send a text message from my phone containing my shopping list to a certain email address, as long as I format it properly, and the quantities and ingredients will be added to the database.
