somewhat eventful. another plane crashed in NYC but they don’t know if it was an attack or an accident. i also suspect some things may change greatly in the coming days….
i started reading a book i bought a while ago called the wasp factory. so far i’m liking it. as books usually do, it is inspiring different… shall we say, desires, to change my life and be closer to nature and behave in a more barbaric, uncivilized manner. i’m also giving thought to closing down this publis log, and devoting this site once again to a completely private and rewritten system to be a true journal. this means i could rid myself of this hosting, save 30 bux a month, and not have to deal with the assholes that are making themselves known to a certain extent as of late. anyway what i would like most in response to this post are some ideas for functionality in the new system. posting, encryption, categories, and search will all be included, as well as the calendar and login systems. i think requirng a webcam snapshot would be nice, and having a seperate mechanism for recording dreams, and short stories would be good. yes a visual as well as mental record is very appealing to me. this of course would now be run off of my own computer and open only to those i know, if at all. family reading this site has once again become a concern. let me know what you think…..

since not many people would be viewing i would simply create accounts. not record dreams in a visual sense, just a seperate log devoted to them. the mood graph is an interesting idea. encryption is staying in simply because i am proud of it. my upload maxes out at about 15k… plenty for this. and yes i’m copying all the contents of the old db..

hmm i guess that should be enough.. but then u wouldnt be able to send me files all the time… and your ftp would become sort of pointless… but then on the other hand.. if only 3 of us use it… its really of no point… 5k would be enough i guess..

it doesn’t matter. they shall soon be but a distant memory.
but for arguement’s sake, this site is me. all things JR. soon it will be gone, so that gay nomads wandering the vast barren expanses of aol will no longer be able to post assinine gibberish, metaphorical volcanoe “lovers” will have one less outlet for their repressed homosexual angst, and i can once again pour the whole of my heart and brain into a medium which has provided me with so much.
sounds cool… how would u work it though.. simply with a login and password for those u know, and u have to login to view any of the content?.. hehe arnt u afraid those l33T |-|4×0rs from /. are going to break in? hahaha..
the idea of a cam shot with every post is also interesting.. how do u plan to record dreams? or just have it in a seperate section… hehe make a mood graph.. haha.. for like each day.. with different measurements.. sorry that had nothing to do with dreams.. just thought it may be interesting.. would encryption though still be necessary?…
